On Friday 23rd February enjoy a 5 course dining experience paired with carefully selected wines from the Italian San Silvestro winery, chosen by our host for the evening Marco Cossaro, in association with Febvre Wines Ltd.
Marco Cossaro, born and raised in Venice, now lives in Piedmont, in the middle of the Langhe UNESCO World Heritage territory. He’s now been working for four years as export manager at the Sartirano’s family wineries San Silvestro and Costa di Bussia, following the markets of US, UK, IE, D, A, CH and Italy while promoting the Italian life culture with Barolo, the King of Wines and the King’s wine, heritage. San Silvestro represents the family property since 1871, producing only DOC and DOCG wines from most of the Piemonte appellations, respecting the tradition and the culture of the ancestors. Costa di Bussia is an artisanal estate, under the property of Sartirano family, with a huge heritage: Lui Arnulfo, the founder of Costa di Bussia 1874 is considered a pioneer in Barolo winemaking, also thanks to his achievement of shipping the first bottle of Barolo in San Francisco, California, back in 1890.
Our talented team have created an extravagant 5 course menu to pair with these exquisite wines.
